Mindful Creation

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This page covers two things. The first part is our terms: what you’re agreeing to when you buy from The Collection. The second part is our privacy policy: how we look after your information. Mindful Creation (ABN 60 359 109 609) is run by Reuben Lowe in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Part 1: Terms

What you’re buying

The Collection (collection.mindfulcreation.com) sells Immersive Audio Series. Each one is a digital product: audio sessions, printable companions and bonus tracks, delivered online. Nothing is posted to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are taken by card or PayPal through Systeme.io’s payment providers, and your statement will show MINDFUL CREATION. We never see or store your card details.

Getting access

Once your payment goes through, you’ll get an email straight away. For an Immersive Audio Series, it holds your login, and everything in the series is open to you straight away. For an Everyday Practices pack, it holds a link to your practices, and that link will always bring you back to them. There’s no time limit on your access for as long as The Collection is running.

Your personal use

What you buy is for you. Please don’t share your login or pack link, or copy, resell or upload the audio or companions anywhere else. The recordings, music and writing belong to Mindful Creation or are used under licence.

Refunds

If a series isn’t for you, email info@mindfulcreation.com within 30 days of buying it and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. The refund goes back to the way you paid. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which these terms don’t take away.

Not a replacement for professional support

These sessions support your wellbeing. They aren’t therapy, and they aren’t medical or mental health treatment. Please don’t listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. If something feels too heavy, reach out to someone you trust or a local support line. Our Disclaimer has more on this.

Free sessions and emails

If you sign up for free sessions or our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Our responsibility

We take care to make The Collection work well. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using it, other than those the Australian Consumer Law says we are.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Part 2: Privacy

Mindful Creation respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, mindfulcreation.com, and our free apps, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our website

When you visit mindfulcreation.com, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and for how long. This uses cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that you’re a person rather than spam software.

Our website is hosted by InMotion Hosting, and its server is located in the United States. Like any web server, it keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type and time of visit), which we use only to keep the site running and secure.

Email sign-ups and The Collection

If you sign up for emails, a free resource, or buy from The Collection (collection.mindfulcreation.com), your details are collected and stored by Systeme.io, the platform that runs our store and mailing list. Payments are handled by Systeme.io’s payment providers; we never see or store your card details. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.

Our apps

This policy also covers our three free apps, on iOS and Android: Mindfulness 2012, Mindfulness 22 and ACT On It. ACT On It is made by ACT On It, a registered charity in Melbourne, supported by Mindful Creation.

The apps have no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and they don’t ask for your name, email address or any other personal details. They request only internet access and permission to check whether you’re connected, so they can stream audio and video. They don’t access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.

The apps remember a few things on your phone to make them easier to use, such as the last screen you visited, your chosen colour and where you’re up to in a track. Audio and video you’ve played may be kept on your phone so it plays faster next time. All of this stays on your device, and it’s removed if you delete the app. The audio and video stream from our website server, which keeps the standard technical logs described above.

Young people

ACT On It is designed to be suitable for teenagers as well as adults. Because the apps don’t collect personal details, young people can use them without sharing any information about themselves. If you’re under 18 and want to contact us, we encourage you to talk with a parent or guardian first.

How we use and protect your information

We use your information only to reply to you, deliver what you’ve asked for, and improve our website, apps and Immersive Audio Series. We never sell or rent your personal information. Emails you send us are stored securely with Microsoft 365.

Links to other websites

Our website and apps link to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if anything changes, and change the date at the top.
